Remove Featured Deals

If you ever notice pop-ups or inserts with the mention Featured Deals during your browsing, it’s very likely that both your computer and your browser are infected by an adware. These pop-ups can be displayed as well on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. That’s the result of an extension or a Windows process that will add ads on visited pages in order to pay the designers of the adware that displays them. Here is an example of advertising entitled Featured Deals:

In the example above, the Featured Deals ad is displayed by the adware SearchSnacks which takes action since October 2014. Also, Featured Deals ads can be displayed by other adware.

If you‘re infected by this type of program, obviously you haven’t customized the installation of programs that you downloaded from the internet. If you don’t customize the installation and you choose the recommended one, many installers will pass on your computer potentially unwanted programs that will nonstop display ads and slow down your computer. So, be always careful when you run a program from the internet.
